ago. cnn's susan candiotti has the story. >> reporter: at least two of the three accused teens are familiar faces for football fans at connecticut's torrington high school. edgar gonzalez, named most valuable player this season, and teammate jojuan alternativeio are 18, legally adults. a third young man is 17, a juvenile. all three are charged with sexuality. the two alleged victims are 13 years old. police call the alleged sexual encounters consensual. but under connecticut law, that doesn't matter. >> consensual in the sense that it wasn't a, quote, attack. not consensual because in the eyes of the law, statutorily, a 13-year-old can not give consent. >> reporter: because the girls were more than three years younger than the boys, the young men are charged with sexual assault, sometimes known as statutory rape in other states. torrington is a small new england town, where football is part of school, not a local obsession. different than steubenville, ohio, where just days ago, two football players were convicted of raping an unconscious girl. the evidence included posts that

sure to stay tuned. susan candiotti spent the day with the people of dayton, ohio, a city keeping warm with basketball fever. look. >> supposed to get 8 a to 10 inches of snow. kids will be off school tomorrow so they can celebrate the victory. >> reporter: who cares, right? >> who cares, right. >> reporter: basketball fans in ohio leaving the big game bracing for treacherous road conditions with snow expected to blanket the region overnight. >> when it comes, it comes. this is ohio. we get snow. >> reporter: isn't this the first full week of spring? >> i haven't seen one flower yet, one. >> reporter: no joking around in colorado where the storm shut down 150 miles of i-70. a major pile-up on i-25 shut down that highway and left a tractor trailer in flames. in kansas city, churches cancelled services ahead of about 8 inches of snow. until now, winter seemed to be on the way out in dayton. the whole month of february recorded less than 4 inches of snow. this storm alone may make up for that. >> i don't like snow. i don't like cold weather. i'm a fair weather person. >> it will be cold.

turnpike. the coach of the seton hill women's lacrosse team and the bus driver are dead. susan candiotti has more for you. >> reporter: two days after the crash, a mystery. with no other vehicle involved, why would a bus driver swerve off the pennsylvania turnpike with 22 college athletes and coaches aboard? a sunday night service remembering victims of saturday's bus crash that killed both the driver and women's lacrosse team head coach christi christina who was six months pregnant. >> horrible for her husband. it's pretty hard. >> reporter: seton hill's campus near pittsburgh is stunned. the other 21 people aboard the bus survived with injuries including 19 players and two coaches. investigators are examining the team's charter bus for any possible mechanical problems. an autopsy is scheduled today on the 61-year-old bus driver for any medical explanations. >> everyone is devastated by the losses and it seems like we're all just coming together as a school. >> reporter: authorities say there was a mix of snow and rain when the bus swerved off the pennsylvania turnpike, jumped a guard r
